What is good health?


Health means not only a state of completing socially, physically and mentally well being but also the absence of weakness or diseases. 

Health is very important for classes of people in the world. Because, without being healthy , one can't be thought about to earn money according to feel happiness. So, there is a proverb that health is wealth.

How way can a person able to make a healthy life? 


Everyone wants to be happy in the world. For this reason,  they have to follow the rules of health to make a healthy life. Here are some important health and nutrition tips which are based on medical science. such as : ---------------

Balanced diet Food :  To make a healthy life, at first everyone has to have a balanced died food which is the pre-condition  of good health. There are some important foods mentioned following as -----------


Fruits :  Fruits are the most useful elements to build up a good health. There are many kinds of fruits in the world such as ---------


Apple :    Apples are mainly rich in important antioxidants,flavanoids and dietary fiver.

The phytonutrients and antioxidants in Apples may help reduce the risk of creating cancer, hypertension, diabetes and heart attack etc.It helps to improve neurological health.  So, the medical science said, if you used to take an apple everyday, you needn't go to the doctor.

Orange :  Orange is the most popular fruits around the world. It is also rich in vitamin C which is vital for good health. One orange offers about 116.2 per cent of vitamin C. Specially, it helps to protect skin problem and control blood pressure etc.


Guavas :  There are many kinds of favourite fruits in the world. Guava is one of them. It is amazingly rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, potassium and fiber which is very essential for healthy life.


Drink enough water : Drinking enough water has various benefits. At first , it can help boost the amount of calories burn. However, the best time of drinking water is half an hour before meals. Then, a person should drink 12 glasses per day.


Getting enough sleep:  The importance of getting enough sleep can't able to express in words. Because, it is also the pre-condition of well health. A person must sleep eight hours per day for good health.


 Eat vegetables : Vegetables are the most useful elements to build up for good health. They are loaded with prebiotic fiber, minerals, vitamins and all kinds of antioxidants which help to make a healthy life.

Walk more : Waking is very helpful for good health. Specially,  everybody must walk in the morning  to built up a active life. Physical exercise is essential for classes of people. Prayer is one of them.

Drink enough milk :  The importance of drinking enough milk can't able to narrate in words. Not only children but also adults should drink enough milk for making good health. 

According to the National Dairy Council, milk is filled with nine essential elements that benefit for health such as : 

1) Calcium,
2) Protein,
3) Potassium ,
4) Phosphorus ,
5) Vitamin D,
6) Vitamin A,
7)  Vitamin B12
8) Riboflavin (B2) and
9) Niacin

Hygienic : Hygiene is the famous way to build up a good health. A person must brush his or her teeth twice per day. 

Therefore, everyone must follow the rules of health and nutrition for enjoying good health which is compulsory for the development of family, society and country.
