Getting pregnant is a part and parcel of family in Islam. There are mentioned the following ways of getting pregnant to all married coupe.

1) Family Planing,

2) Stop Contraception,

3) Taking folic Acid,

4) Doing sex at the right time,

5) Testing Medical Check up,

6) Should have a good relationship, 

7) Have to maintain weight,

8) Stop Smoking and

9) Prayer.

Family Planing : 

                             

                              At first, the married couple should make the family planing to get pregnant as soon as possible . The family planning is to decide the shape of the family based on health which is allowed in Islam. 

Testing Medical Check up :

                                                   After family planing,  you have to do medical check up. By doing medical check up, you can able to know that you are suitable for getting pregnant or not. Otherwise , you have to follow the recommendations of doctor.

Stop Contraception :

                                          The contraceptive pill and contraceptive injections can take some time for your menstrual cycles to return into normal after stoping the contraception. As a result, you can't start trying for a baby quickly . You have to take folic acid and prepare your body perfectly .

Have to do sex at the right time:

                                                              There are a few days each month when a women can conceive pregnant with having sex on the day of

ovulation and the days leading up ovulation which will maximize your changes of getting pregnant.

             Ovulation:

                                     Ovulation is the name of the process that happens normally once in every menstrual cycle when hormone changes ovary to release an egg. You can get pregnant if a sperm meets with and fertilize an egg.

Taking  Folic Acid:

                                   You should take folic acid which helps present neural tube defects in your baby. 

Actually  if you eat a healthy diet, you can get some folic acid from foods. In fact, it helps to prepare the body of  getting pregnant.

Should have a good Relationship:

                                                            A good relationship between the father and the mother would be useful a lot of the child.

Because it helps to bring a great effect for the fetus. In leisure time the blood circulation in body of the parents would be good which resulted in a normal baby.

 If they have a deep physical attraction towards each other, the kids must be influenced positively.

Have to maintain weight:

If you are over weight, you will have to control it as soon as possible to be pregnant successfully. you also have to follow the rules of health. 

Then you have to take physical exercise regularly in morning as prayer.

 Finally, you have to eat a balanced died food to become pregnant soon perfectly.

Stop Smoking  :

Drug addiction is very harmful which can't able express in word now. There are many kinds of addiction in the world.

 Smoking is one of them. It harms to grow sperm without which a woman can't get pregnant.

Prayer to the Creator of Allah:

To have a good child who worship Allah and believes to his Messengers of Allah. 

A Muslim couple should say prayer before making love in Almighty Allah. Because prayer brings peace to the body and calming the heart. 

 While getting ready to love, read the following du'a :

 " O Allah!  Bless me with a child and make him/ her pious. Let there never be in his creation any excess or any defect and give him/her a good destiny".

Protection from devils :

Do the following acts to get pregnant and saved from devil such as. -------

*  Recite the holy Quran & Hadith before doing the act.

*  Start to make sure the child won't have the qualities of devils and continue with ------

"Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim"

*    To have a child with good smelling mouth & merciful heard, do sex at Monday's night.

Late of night,  when the body isn't tried and the belly is empty , do the sex so that one can get a very intelligent baby.

*   Put your faith in Almighty  Allah.
