Sadness is caused due to inadequate sleep

Many people do not get enough sleep while keeping pace with busy life or many spend their hours in bed on social media. But this insufficient sleep has become the cause of weight gain.

 

Studies have shown that due to inadequate sleep, depression is created and if people are more depressed, chips, chocolate, asymmetric or junk foods eat more of the food. As a result, the weight starts gradually increasing. So enough attention to sleep in the night.

 

Walking can be done 15 minutes before sleeping. Smartphones or laptops or TVs will be closed 15 minutes before sleeping. You can also read newspaper or books before sleeping.

 

To make a habit of sleeping at a particular time. If you have a tendency to not sleep long enough then you should consult a doctor.

Most of the people are facing many problems in life due to not enough sleep in the age of modern world. For this reason, the deprivation of sleeping causes many dangerous diseases such as ---------


 *  Heart disease,

*  High blood pressure,

*  Heart attack etc.

By enough sleeping everyday , we can able to keep safe own ourselves from like this above fatal diseases.


Causing depression : Lack of sleep helps to create the symptom of depression which can make it for more difficult to fall asleep.


Causing forgetfulness : Due to lack of sleeping everyday can contribute to loose our memories which is very critical for us.


High risk of death : Lack of sleep helps to increase the risk of death. An Arabian specialist doctor said that early death is one of the most fact due to the deprivation of sleep.


Rusty skin : A few night of missing sleep can cause our rusty skin and sallow eyes.

Above all,the above informations which are mentioned, everybody should follow the rules of health for making healthy life.
